BREAKFAST: A sumptuous and eclectic buffet breakfast is included in your room rate and served from 6:30 to 10:00 (Weekdays) and from 6:30 to 10:30 (Saturday & Sunday) at 1968 Restaurant - B1 Basement.
BREAKFAST BOX: Takeaway breakfast is available upon request with notice 1 day before the check-out date.
BUSINESS CENTER SERVICE: Printing, photocopying, faxing, and other business services are available via the Front Desk. Please contact our associates for more information on service and rates.
COFFEE & TEA: Complimentary coffee and tea-making facilities are available in your room and are refilled daily. The coffee machine is available only in Suites.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, MASTERCARD, VISA, JCB, Dinner Club, domestic credit/debit). Unfortunately, we don't accept personal cheques.
DEPARTURE/ CHECK-OUT & CHECK-IN: When it's time to say goodbye, we kindly request you to release your room by 12 at noon. Should you require any luggage storage, or anything else to ease your departure, we'll delighted to assist. The time for check-in is 14:00.
DOCTOR OR DENTIST: Should you require medical attention, please contact the Front Desk
EXTRA BED/ BABY COT: Please contact the Front Desk for arrangements; an extra fee will be charged. Baby cots are available free of charge.
FOREIGN EXCHANGE: All major currencies can be exchanged at Front Desk.
IRONING: Iron and ironing board are available in Suites. Other rooms can request these items through our Front Desk.
INTERNET: Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel and your guest room.
IN-ROOM DINING: The room service menu is available in your room; please dial 108 for your order. We are honored to serve you from 11:00 - 21:45.
KEYS: To avoid losing the room key, you are advised to leave the key at Reception. In case of missing, please inform us for security reasons.
LAUNDRY VALET: Our in-house laundry valet offers a daily service, including Sundays and public holidays. For your convenience, a laundry bag and laundry form are located in your wardrobe. Laundry handed in before 10:00 and will be returned by 18:00 on the same day. We proudly offer express service with a 50% surcharge. Items will be returned within 4 hours and the latest collection is before 17:00.
HOTEL'S LIABILITIES OF LOSS, DAMAGE, OR THEFT: Lost and found items can be enquired via our Front Desk, by dialing extension 100 from your phone. Our Housekeeping Department stores all lost and found property items for 6 months. The hotel is not responsible for losing, damaging, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended in the guest room. For your convenience, a safety box is located in each room. Guests are requested to utilize this service for the storage of any valuables at all times. Should you experience difficulties in using the room safe, please contact the Front Desk. In addition, the hotel provides safe boxes free of charge at the Front Desk for larger-size properties. The hotel's liability regarding items in the safe deposit box is limited to the equivalent of the rate of a one-night stay.
MAIL & POSTAGE: The distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages can be arranged with the Front Desk. You may also ask them to purchase stamps from the post office. Should you be expecting incoming mail, it will be delivered straight to your room.
IN-ROOM MINI BAR: We hope you enjoy the beverages and snacks selection. If there's anything else we can get you, just contact the Front Desk, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your needs. All items consumed are directly charged to your account.
ROOM CLEANING: Your room is serviced once a day. Should you require any additional services; Please contact the Front Desk.
SMOKING: The hotel is 100% smoke-free within the building and all guest rooms. A non-refundable cleaning fee of VND5.000.000 to restore it to a smoke-free condition will be applied for guests who do not comply. This also applies to electric cigarettes and vaporizers.
TELEVISION: For your in-room viewing pleasure, each room features an LED smart HD television with a selection of national and international channels. Please refer to the channel guides in the remote case.
TIPPING POLICY: Help us support our family feeling in the hotel. Kindly do not tip our staff directly, but put it into the tip box at Front Desk. All tips are shared with all team members involved in creating your unique experience, including the hard-working support team not visible.
TRANSPORTATION: The hotel supplies transportation service upon customer requests: Noi Bai International Airport - Hanoi - Noi Bai International Airport. Please contact Reception (Dial 100/101/102) who will be of assistance to arrange transportation. All cars with 4/7/16/29/45 seats and Carnival are available. Reservations in advance are required.

VISITOR: As required by local law, residents of the opposite sex staying overnight must be registered and signed into the hotel.
WATER: Tap water is clean, but we do not recommend it for drinking. Complimentary filtered bottled water is available in your room and is replenished once daily. Additional water is available in the mini bar or through in-room dining services, and extra charges will apply.
